We advise industrial and financial organizations on large S/4HANA, RISE with SAP and finance transformation programs. Houston has been home for 19 years; today our team of more than two hundred works across North America and, with multinational clients, around the world.
Most organizations come to us with a decision to make. Some are weighing RISE with SAP as ECC mainstream maintenance approaches its 2027 end; others have a finance function that has outgrown its chart of accounts, close calendar and consolidation process. We begin with the questions a steering committee must answer: what the business case truly rests on, which processes merit redesign rather than replication, and how much change the organization can absorb in a given year. Where procurement and people processes belong in the roadmap, we bring SAP Ariba and SAP SuccessFactors into the same design.
Governance is central to how we deliver. We run programs on SAP Activate, from Discover through Run, with explicit exit criteria at each phase, a design authority that owns scope decisions, and reporting executives can act on. Senior advisors remain engaged through delivery rather than stepping away after the sale. Our clients include manufacturers, energy-services and engineering companies, construction and capital-projects businesses, and financial institutions with complex entity structures.
