Process first, tools second: we build automations and AI agents for teams running Microsoft and Salesforce. We're a small Austin consultancy with a big appetite for this work, and seven years of it have taught us that automating a broken process only helps it break faster.
So discovery comes first, every time. We map how work really moves: who touches it, where it waits, where it gets re-keyed between systems. Then we choose the tool. Sometimes that's Power Automate with a Power Apps front end. Sometimes it's an unattended UiPath bot for a legacy system with no API, or a Copilot Studio agent that answers policy questions and triages requests. And sometimes the right answer is a Salesforce Flow, or simply a better form.
Governance is the part people skip and later regret. We help you stand up an automation center of excellence with an environment strategy, data loss prevention policies, naming standards, a review path for citizen developers and a named owner for every bot and agent in production.
