CloudInsightsPlus — Scope of Work
Foundational project management document detailing the specific tasks, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities required to complete the project

1. Project Overview
CloudInsightsPlus will be a B2B content and lead-generation platform for buyers evaluating ERP and CRM systems — SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and HubSpot. The platform combines independent editorial insights with a searchable directory of verified implementation partners, giving buyers a single destination to research platforms, compare partners, and get connected with the right fit.
The site serves three audiences:
Buyers / readers researching ERP and CRM platforms and looking for an implementation partner.
Implementation partners who want to be discovered by buyers and generate inbound leads.
Site administrators who moderate content and partner listings and manage the overall platform.
2. Objectives
Publish authoritative, platform- and industry-specific insights that establish editorial trust.
Provide a self-serve partner directory that lets implementation firms list themselves without manual data entry from our side.
Capture and route qualified leads to the right partners.
Support the business with a lightweight house-ad system and a fully self-service admin portal, with no reliance on third-party CMS or directory tooling.
3. In-Scope Features
3.1 Public Website
Homepage — hero messaging, platform overview tiles, latest insights, industry browse grid, and a "Get Listed" call to action.
Insights Hub — the full editorial feed with platform filters, keyword and tag search, and a "popular this month" sidebar module.
Platform Insight pages (one per platform: SAP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Comparisons) — platform-specific article feeds with dynamic sub-topic filters and a "find a partner" cross-sell.
Article detail pages — full-length insight articles with author/partner byline, related-article recommendations, social sharing, and threaded reader comments.
Industries Hub and Industry detail pages — nine industry verticals (Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Professional Services, Financial Services, Technology/SaaS, Construction/AEC, Nonprofit/Public Sector, Hospitality), each showing related insights and the partners serving that vertical.
Find Partners hub — entry point into the four platform-specific partner directories.
Partner Directory listing pages — filterable, paginated tables of verified partners per platform, filterable by region, industry, product specialization, and company size.
Partner Profile pages — company overview, services offered, years of experience, badges/certifications, articles authored by the partner, "Best Of" awards, and a direct contact form.
Resources hub — case studies, webinar recaps, buyer's guides, and a newsletter signup.
About page — mission, team, vision, and editorial standards messaging.
Get Listed page — partner acquisition landing page with a lightweight lead-capture form and a path to full self-serve registration (no pricing shown on-page, by design — sales conversations happen after the inbound request).

Centralized admin leads inbox across all lead types, with read/archived status tracking.
3.6 Advertising

Media storage: Cloudinary, for logo and article image uploads.
