We help health systems, credit unions and nonprofits build Salesforce around patients, members and donors. From Chicago, we've spent 12 years in organizations where the data is personal and the rules for handling it are strict.
Every project starts with people: the care coordinator juggling referrals, the member services rep fielding a loan question, the development officer preparing for a major-gift conversation. We sit with them before we design anything, then shape Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud around what they need to see and do. For many nonprofits, that includes a careful move from the Nonprofit Success Pack to Nonprofit Cloud. Marketing Cloud journeys follow the same thinking, so appointment reminders, member onboarding and donor stewardship feel personal and respect each person's consent and preferences.
Regulation shapes our designs from the first data model. In healthcare, that means handling protected health information, consent and minimum-necessary access with HIPAA in mind. For community banks and credit unions, it means sharing rules, field history and audit trails that hold up to examiner questions. We would rather deliver a focused first release that staff trust than a sprawling one they work around, and we stay close through adoption to make sure it sticks.
